Superintendent's Message

Welcome to the end of another incredible and incredibly busy school year at Brackett ISD. I am proud to be able to serve as your Interim Superintendent as we wrap up the academic year. A huge thanks to an important variable in each classroom, hallways, and grounds; our Faculty and Staff!!! Thank you for the countless hours you give to make BISD one of the best districts in this Region.

Academically, we had another stellar year. Obviously, we still do not have all of our STAAR Resuts in but those that have arrived are some of the best results we have seen. They are an indication of the hard work put forth by students, parents, and teachers. Congratulations to all especially those who participated in UIL Academics. What a showcase of academic talent.

Our Athletes and Coaches also had a successful year as they represented BISD at various competitive levels in various sports. Congratulations on the recognitions received during our Athletic Banquet and for representing us at the State Level.

Congratulations to our One Act Play "Golden Boy" crew for bringing home the Gold. We are extremely proud of them for being our State Champions. Our Fine Arts play an important role in education and BISD is fortunate to have students interested and teachers ready to guide them. Congratulations to our Art students for also representing us at the state level.

What a great year for BISD. We hope that 2017-2018 will be just as successful. As we close the academic year, I would like to encourage you to visit our website for announcements in preparation for the 2017-2018 School Year. We hope to welcome our new Superintendent of Schools this Summer.

In accordance with Board Policy BJB Legal and Gov’t Code 552.126, the following finalist is being considered for the position of Superintendent of Schools and was certified by the BISD Board of Trustees on June 28, 2017:



Starting Monday, July 3, 2017, Seat/Season Passes can be purchased at the Admin. Central Office. Seat/season passes are forty dollars ($40.00) per seat for adults and children. The price includes one seat and season pass for all home games. Reserved seat/season passes are valid for one year only, July 1-June 30, and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
A chart in the Central Office will help you select your seat and once paid for, a pass will be issued with the seat number. All reserved seat passes must be shown at the ticket gate for entrance.
Your reserved seat/season passes can be renewed for the next year if they are paid for before an announced deadline. Any seats not paid for by the deadline will be open to the public for purchase.
A five dollar ($5.00) fee will be charged for replacement of a lost or damaged reserved seat/season pass card.
