About Ms. Kepler

Welcome!  I am excited to be your child's reading/language arts and social studies teacher for this year.  The 2022-2023 school year starts my 27th year as a teacher and my 20th year in third grade.  I have to admit that third grade is my absolute favorite.  I am thrilled to share my love of all things reading, writing, and history with this year's group of learners.

I grew up all over south and southwest Texas.  My parents are both retired and live in Utopia and I currently commute from there daily.  My sister and brother-in-law live in Austin with my three feline "nephews".  While most of my extended family is scattered across the United States, my roots are in Nebraska and California.
I have two dogs:  Darla and Bernice.  They are my rescued little loves and are definitely spoiled rotten!
