Human Resources division is instrumental in recruiting, selecting, resourcing, and retaining quality staff in support of providing an excellent education for all students. It also plays a key role in fostering satisfaction and loyalty among employees by allowing for professional growth and development and keeping employees informed about policies, working conditions, compensation, and benefits.
Human Resources monitors and manages current and future workforce trends,
organizational culture, legal and legislative trends, and ethical and social responsibility; and is an important part of district leadership and is vital to the overall productivity and efficiency of the district’s workforce.
