Brackett ISD health services will have HEB on campus next week to administer the flu vaccine. Please take advantage of this opportunity, in the previous years HEB has been able to provide the vaccine to employees FREE of charge for those staff members with the school health insurance-and most all other insurances as well for a $0 copay. This clinic will be for anyone (8 years & older) just make sure to bring your insurance card.

If you are interested in having the flu vaccine please let me know, I would like to make sure that we have enough vaccines on hand for everyone. To help expedite the process please fill out the attached vaccine consent form and bring it with you. If you have any questions let me know.
