Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am honored to continue serving Brackett ISD as the Jones Elementary/Intermediate School Principal for the 2023-2024 school year. 

Jones is a great place to teach and learn! Our primary goal is to provide a safe learning environment that promotes high quality, engaging learning experiences. We are committed to developing the whole child by working as a team to help every student achieve their fullest potential. The elementary years are fundamental for your child’s growth and development, and we strive to instill a love for learning in all of our students. We cannot do this alone, you are your child’s most important teacher.  We have many opportunities for you to be a part of your child's educational experience and we hope you will volunteer for school activities. Together we can help every child be successful in achieving their dreams. 

Throughout the year we will have many exciting things happening in our classrooms and on our campus! One new program that we are grateful to be able to offer is our ACE afterschool program. Please check the weekly Principal’s Newsletter and with your child’s teacher for more information on programs and how you can be involved.
