Year at a Glance

Here you are welcome to view our scope and sequence for the school year. A scope and sequence is a layout of what content(s) your child will be learning each week.

  • Math: Each row in this table is a math TEKS your child will be learning. Each column represents (& is labeled) for each 6 weeks in the school year. The 'x's' mean the TEKS will be taught for that 6 weeks. If there is no 'x' marked in the box under the 6 weeks, we will not touch on that content in that particular 6 weeks.

  • ELAR: The scope and sequence for this subject is broken up just like the Math scope & sequence.

  • Science & Social Studies: The scope & sequence for these two subjects are together because we will be alternating which subject will be taught each week. For example, week 1 we will focus on Social Studies. Week 2 we will then switch to Science, and so on. Each row is broken up into 6 weeks (each row is 1 week) and each column is broken up into 6 weeks (as in the 1st 6 weeks of school, 2nd 6 weeks of school, etc.).
